One single directive and you may easily pay for your Kktcell, Telsim, Digiturk, Electricity, Information and Communication Technologies Authority and Municipality bills(Gönyeli, Girne, Güzelyurt, Mağusa Municipality and Mağusa real estate taxes).
Payment from a branch
You can pay for your bills in cash or from your account by coming to any of our branches. In payments which will be made by check, the check must be a check belonging to our bank or given by cooperative enterprises. v
Automatic Payment Request
One single directive, and the total amount for your bills is debited from your account every month; your payments are done automatically in your name by our bank. Our customers making an Automatic Payment Request must have the sufficient amount available in their account on the last payment due day in order to be able to pay by Automatic Bill Payment (having their available limit meet the bill amount)
Administrations for which you will be able to make Automatic Payment Request : Kktcell, Telsim, Digiturk, Electricity Administration, Information and Communication Technologies Authority and Gönyeli/Girne/Güzelyurt/Mağusa Municipalities.
Bill Payment Security
Even if there is not enough money in your account, the bills for which you made an Automatic Payment Request are paid for out of your credit limit (out of your overdraft limit) with Bill Payment Security.
How will you benefit?
| First, you must have made an Automatic Payment Request on the bills for which you want Payment security. If you have an Automatic Payment Request, you can then apply to your closest branch for adding Bill Payment Security to your current request. If you do not have a request, you can still visit your nearest branch in order to make an Automatic Payment Request and request for Bill Payment Security (overdraft limit) at the same time. |
KOOP24 and KOOP24plus+ATM’s
You can pay for your bills at anytime you want, out of your sight deposit or checking accounts from Koop24s which have the largest ATM network in the country. When the time has come for your due payments, you can easily complete your step by step transactions on the Koop24 screen. You can make direct cash payments from Koop24plus+ ATMs. In case the payment amount is higher than the bill amount, the difference is automatically transferred to your sight deposit/checking account.
The bill payments you will be able to make through KOOP24’s : Kktcell, Telsim, Digiturk, Electricity, Gönyeli/Girne/Güzelyurt Municipalities, EMU.
600 02 02 Telephone Banking
You can pay for your bills through Voice Answering System at 600 02 02 Telephone Banking 24 hours a day. Your Client’s Number/Password or your Koop24/Optimum card’s number/password is also required along with your Security Password for payments made through this channel.On the other side, you can make an Automatic Payment Request for your bills or cancel your current requests from our Internet Branch.

Internet Banking
You can as well make your bill payments through Koopbank Internet Banking in a virtual world, in front of your computer. You may enter the Internet Branch with your Client Number+Password and your Secure or One Time Use Password. You will not bother to do a payment follow up for each and every single bill; you may trace payment movements from your account. You will not waste time going to the branch for your bills, waiting at the front desks or in queuing line; it will make you save time.
One single directive and you may link your Client Number or the tel/subscription number you wish to your Koop24 or OptimumCard to have easy access to your bill information, without having to enter/remember your telephone/subscription number in our Interactive Channels (ATM, Telephone and Internet Branches). As for what you can do in these channels, you can list your bills under “automatically paid bills”, selectively view and pay for your bills.
You can use the “Electronic Banking Update” form at our branches or our direct Internet Branch in order to add your bills to the list of your automatically paid bills. Bill payments made through Interactive Channels are being transferred to the relevant institution, subject to the bank’s winter and summer working hours.
In winter working hours and on business days, payments made in between 00h00 – 15h15 are being transferred electronically on the same day until 16h00 to the relevant institution. During Summer working hours, Monday payments made in between 00h00 – 17h00 are being transferred electronically on the same day until 17h30 to the relevant institution.
As for Tuesday-Friday, payments made in between 00h00-13:00 are being transferred electronically on the same day until 17h30 to the relevant institution. Payments made outside these hours and on holidays are being transferred to the relevant institution on the following business day.
For your applications
You can give your Automatic Payment Request to your closest branch or through our Internet Branch. You will not be charged any fee for Bill Payment and Automatic Payment Request. |
